MAY 11th, 12th, and 13TH, 2023
LEOFEST will be held on May 11th, 12th, and 13th, this year. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend our Annual fundraiser. We will once again have Live Entertainment and will have carnival rides for 3 nights 11th, 12th, and 13th.
THE JAR BOOTH-we will have empty jars available in the Narthex area. If we run out of jars, please consider using your own jars and filling them with fun items. Be Creative! When you have them filled, please return them to the Parish Office or bring them back and leave them in the marked box in the back of the Church.
BASKET RAFFLE-if you have any donations for our Basket Raffle Booth or would like to put together a basket, please contact Terry Carrillo at (859) 333-3235. You may drop your basket off at the Parish Office. If you would like to donate items to be used towards a basket, please try to get them to the Church before Friday, May 12th.
GRAND RAFFLE-50/50 Raffle-“SPLIT THE POT!!!” We are in need of a Captain,

CAKE BOOTH-we will be asking each of you to make 4 cakes, pies, cookies, etc., for our very popular Cake Booth. This has been our most profitable booth each year, thanks to your generosity! Please deliver them to the school on Friday, May 12th, or Saturday, May 13th. The two classrooms on the 1st floor at the end of the building will be used to store the cakes, pies, cookies, etc. For more information call the Parish Office.
VOLUNTEERS-we are looking for volunteers to set up and work the festival in order to make this a success. If you are interested; please contact Terry Carrillo at (859) 333-3235. Any St. Leo School parent who needs volunteer hours can take this opportunity to get their time in. There are many, many ways you can help us, so please sign up!! Sign-up sheets are available in the Narthex.
PRAYERS-please continue to pray for good weather for LEOFEST weekend. We will have many booths and activities and really need good weather…so please add us to your prayer list.
